Newlyweds!

First of all, I'm so sorry that it's been so long since I've updated my blog. I could make excuses, but I'll just say I've gotten behind and I promise to do better!

This lovely couple recently got married and asked me to capture them in all their newly wedded bliss.

The day was absolutely perfect for our session...overcast and mild temperatures. The location the newlyweds picked was filled with beautiful trees and a winding path around a creek. Fantastic!

They're not models, I swear

But they look like they are, right?

I am one of two photographers shooting Jose & Annett's wedding later in July. We got together not too long ago to shoot their engagement portraits at Fair Park. Although it was hot, we had a great time. I just could not take a bad picture of these two! They were game for anything and somehow always knew how to pose for each shot, it was amazing.

Jose and Annett, we are so excited to photograph your special day! I know you love to dance and will be doing a lot of it at your reception, I can't wait for the party!

High School Sweethearts

I met up with Erica and Eric (how cute is that?) a few days ago for their engagement session. These two were high school sweethearts (awww!) and are tying the knot in August. I could tell taking engagement pictures was not high on Eric's "to do" list on such a gorgeous Saturday afternoon, but it was obvious that he'd do just about anything for his bride-to-be and he flashed some fantastic smiles for the camera. Speaking of smiles, Erica has one of the best I've ever seen. And her laughter was so contagious, we were all giggling pretty much the whole time we were together.
