    High School Sweethearts

I met up with Erica and Eric (how cute is that?) a few days ago for their engagement session. These two were high school sweethearts (awww!) and are tying the knot in August. I could tell taking engagement pictures was not high on Eric's "to do" list on such a gorgeous Saturday afternoon, but it was obvious that he'd do just about anything for his bride-to-be and he flashed some fantastic smiles for the camera. Speaking of smiles, Erica has one of the best I've ever seen. And her laughter was so contagious, we were all giggling pretty much the whole time we were together.
Erica and Eric, it was a pleasure to meet you and I wish you both many blessings in your upcoming marriage! I truly appreciate you trusting in Marcy Jordan Photography to capture one of the most important times in your life.

    Fun Family

I work at my "day job" with Mrs. C and Miss H from this session. They never fail to make me laugh and smile each time I see them. I met Mr. C for the first time for this session, and he really had me laughing too! I think their good humor and personalities shine in these photos.
I've featured a few of their photos on my website also.

    Sticky Sweet

I stopped over at my good friend D's house on Friday to see the new addition to their family, Little J. He is one of the most calm newborns I've ever seen...and so cute too! His big brother Z was as handsome as ever. I did a session with Mr. Z last fall...you can check him out on my website. He's the cool dude with the big eyes in the little blue car.

As an added bonus, Z sang a little karaoke for me! Unfortunately, little man got a little excited about checking out my camera...right after eating a popcicle. Not to worry though, my lens is all cleaned up and ready to go again! You'd never know it was streaked with popcicle juice. LOL Check out the last picture here...I actually caught him in the act!

    Aren't they gorgeous?

    It's out of focus, but I couldn't resist...Gotcha!

    Happy Mother's Day!

I had a busy weekend with two family sessions, both with beautiful Mom's and their kiddos. I'll post some later from today's session, but here a couple from Saturday's. These gorgeous girls are my lovely sister and niece. My niece was a trooper for me, even after getting stung by something on that tree she's leaning against.

    Happy Mother's Day!
